We will replace your Neon Sign for free if:
1. LED does not work.
2. We produced an incorrect sign ( we made a spelling error, size error or color error).
3. There was damage caused in transit. (Photo must be sent in within 2 days of receiving it.)
We will NOT replace your sign for free if:
1. There is man made damage.
2. Factors beyond our control. (We were given incorrect size, name, color).
